Vocalist Gail Dobson has been one of the Bay Area's leading performers and educators for the past decade. Her Latin Jazz Sextet covers a broad musical and emotional palette including the music of Antonio Carlos Jobim, Wayne Shorter, Smith Dobson, Kenny Barron, Nat Adderley, and originals by Gail. For this performance, she also brings music that has influenced three generations of the Dobson family, who will join her on stage for a number of songs.
